These emails are not from us. Brighton Book Festival does not send unsolicited invitations from unofficial email addresses (such as Gmail accounts), nor do we request payment in this way. We can confirm that our systems have not been compromised and there has been no data breach.
If you receive such a message:
- Do not respond or click any links
- Do not share personal or financial information
- Report it to Action Fraud (UK) or forward it to report@phishing.gov.uk or any other relevant bodies in your home countries
All official communications from the Brighton Book Festival are sent via our verified domain email addresses. If you are ever unsure, please contact us directly through the details on this website.
