Brighton Book Festival invite you to come along to our morning of family fun for reading and writing inspiration galore!
Saturday 22nd June 10am-12.30pm
Whether the kids in your life are already big readers – or you're determined to get them to put down their devices and pick up a book – this event is for you.
For children aged 2-13 and their grown ups.

Children's Open Mic (sponsored by Little Green Pig) with spoken word artist Aflo.the poet and Roy McFarlane
Graphic novel workshop with illustrator Nila Aye
Storytime with Children's laureate Joseph Coelho
Sports and books with author Manjeet Mann and guests from the sporting world
Where big-name and up-and-coming children's writers mingle with people of all ages and backgrounds.
Adults go free to this event. Please purchase a ticket for each child. Just pay for one event and you can book yourself into all the other events on the morning for free.
